If notice of cancellation is received (22 to 29) days prior to the start of a workshop, $100 of the tuition is forfeited, (21) days or less, entire tuition is forfeited.
Registered students are allowed to transfer into another workshop due to illness, emergencies or other events. For workshop transfers made thirty (30) days or less prior to the start of a workshop, students will be charged a $25 fee.
We strongly urge all students to buy refundable airline tickets in case of workshop cancellations or other unforeseen changes.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for providing make-ups or issuing refunds, credits or transfers for sessions missed as a result of illness, emergencies or other events beyond our control. Students will receive a full tuition refund only in the event that l’Atelier aux Couleurs: the Art Academy cancels their workshop.
In the rare event that l’Atelier aux Couleurs: the Art Academy changes its calendar, withdraws or modifies a course or substitutes instructors at any time, the student has the right to withdrawal with a full refund. The school reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental to LAC.
Registration:
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of juried workshops. A deposit is due upon registration. Early registration is encouraged, as many workshops fill quickly. Workshops without sufficient enrollment may have to be cancelled.
Workshops:
A deposit of $100 per workshop must be submitted at the time of registration. This deposit will hold your place in the workshop. The balance of the tuition is due no later than (21) days prior to the start of the workshop. If the balance has not been received by then, the student may be dropped from the workshop and still be held responsible for paying the tuition.
